Before engaging with any functions or services provided through RoyalisPower, you are required to carefully review this document. By entering or interacting with the platform in any manner, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions. These rules govern all digital systems operated by RoyalisPower, including websites, applications and online interfaces. Any interaction such as viewing pages, submitting material or using features confirms acceptance of these terms.
Access Conditions and Data Handling
Permission to use the RoyalisPower platform is granted only when these conditions and the Privacy Policy are followed. Both documents may be modified from time to time and users are responsible for reviewing them prior to continued access or usage.
Content Rights and Authorization
All materials made available through the platform, including written content, images, videos and other assets, are either owned by RoyalisPower or legally licensed and protected under applicable law. Users are granted permission to access such materials strictly for private, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification or public presentation without prior written approval is strictly prohibited. The use of automated extraction tools, circumvention of security systems or infringement of intellectual property rights is not allowed.
Service Terms and Liability Notes
All offerings operate on a prepaid subscription basis. Available durations include one-month, three-month and twelve-month plans. Once activated, subscriptions cannot be paused, canceled or reimbursed, regardless of usage. RoyalisPower does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for technical disruptions, delays or limited accessibility. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. RoyalisPower does not provide professional, financial or advisory services. The platform assumes no responsibility for decisions made by users or any outcomes resulting from reliance on its content. Users are advised not to submit sensitive personal data through the platform.
Payments and Refund Conditions
All services require advance payment prior to activation. Once a subscription has begun, it cannot be paused or refunded. Users are fully responsible for utilizing the service within the selected subscription timeframe. Liability Restrictions
RoyalisPower and its affiliates, including staff and management, shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from:

- Interruptions, delays or system failures
These limitations apply regardless of legal basis, even if RoyalisPower was previously informed of potential risks. Users accessing the platform from outside jurisdictions are responsible for complying with local regulations.
User Obligations and Protection Clauses
By using the platform, users agree to indemnify and protect RoyalisPower and its affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses arising from:

RoyalisPower retains exclusive authority to manage any such claims and may act independently when necessary. These obligations remain effective even after termination of platform access.
Amendments and Platform Governance
RoyalisPower reserves the right to revise, update or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated conditions. The platform may also modify, suspend or discontinue features or content without prior notice or liability.
Severability and Non-Waiver
If any provision within these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be adjusted only to the extent required while the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure by RoyalisPower to enforce any provision shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any rights.
2. Financial Activity Policy
RoyalisPower is dedicated to processing all financial activity on the platform in a secure, efficient and transparent manner. This section explains how user funds are handled, including deposits and withdrawals and works alongside the platform’s general usage terms.
Funding Accounts and Balance Handling
Users are required to deposit funds originating from their own verified financial sources within their country of residence. For safety and regulatory purposes, identity checks may be requested to confirm ownership and legitimacy of incoming funds. Any balance that remains unused for a continuous period of three (3) months will be subject to a monthly reduction of 10% on the remaining amount. Regular platform engagement helps prevent these deductions.
Payout Requests and Identity Checks
Withdrawals are typically processed using the same method and currency initially used for deposits, including bank transfers, debit/credit cards or electronic wallets. In specific cases, alternative withdrawal options may be approved once all required verification steps are completed. Additional documents or identity confirmation may be requested to comply with financial regulations. Processing times and associated costs vary depending on the selected withdrawal method.
Financial Security and Regulatory Standards
All transactions conducted through the platform undergo strict verification and monitoring procedures. These controls are in place to ensure funds are managed safely, in accordance with applicable laws and to maintain transparency, security and user trust across all financial operations.
3. Dispute Handling Process
In the event of any disagreement connected to this Policy, both sides agree to first seek resolution through direct, good-faith communication and collaborative discussion. If no mutual agreement can be achieved, the issue may be escalated to confidential arbitration under the ICC ADR system. Proceedings will be conducted by a single appointed arbitrator in the English language and take place in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or another location agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator’s ruling will be final, enforceable and binding. This arbitration route shall serve as the sole mechanism for dispute resolution.
Account Security Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login details and access credentials secure. RoyalisPower bears no responsibility for any unauthorized access, losses or misuse resulting from failure to protect account information.
Accuracy of Submitted Details
During sign-up, users confirm that all provided information is truthful, complete and kept up to date. When registering on behalf of a company or legal entity, the user confirms they have full authority to bind that entity to these terms and obligations.
Privacy Handling and Support Escalation
All personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Any complaints, concerns or service-related issues may be submitted to the designated support channel at complaints@royalispower.com for assessment and response.
4. Corporate Information
RoyalisPower is dedicated to the careful and transparent handling of personal information in line with applicable European data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Directive 2016/680. The methods used for gathering, storing and processing data are described in the Privacy Policy and platform terms.
